National Congress 2025 will be held in Adelaide at the Royal Coach Hotel on the outskirts of the city's East Parklands. Those of you who attended the World Congress in Palangkaraya will appreciate how nice it is to have the exclusive use of the whole hotel just for our Subud business. This does mean that rooms are limited so please book quickly if you want to stay in the hotel. We will arrange other accommodation nearby should we not have enough space for everyone. Of course, you are free to organise your own accommodation and attend as a day visitor (cost is $50 per day). This will still give you full use of the hotel's facilities such as the lounge and swimming pool.

As rooms are limited, we are giving first preference to those who are staying for the whole 5-day Congress. There are three choices -  'single full board' if you want a room to yourself; 'double full board' if coming as a couple and want a double bed (single price x2); or 'twin share full board' if willing to share with someone or you want twin beds.

Please note the following:

• Full board includes your accommodation cost, a full breakfast each day, the 4-day Congress package (lunch and morning and afternoon tea), and five evening meals (Friday-Tuesday).
• If coming as a single, the cheapest option is to book 'twin share full board' x1 which means you are willing to share a room. If not sharing, book single full board.
• If sharing with an adult family member (not partner) then book 2x twin share. Child tickets are separate.
• If booking as a couple, then book 2x double full board.
• If booking a double, sharing with a family member or friend (or if you know who you want to share with) please enter their name under the exit question, 'willing to share with...' or 'sharing with...
• Accommodation for children under 12 is free; over 12, extra beds are an additional $30. There are children's tickets listed that include meals, just specify how many you need.
• The day pass and evening meal option are for day visitors only. If you are not staying in the hotel, you need to book the full day pass (Saturday-Tuesday) or book the days you intend to come. It pays for morning and afternoon tea, and lunch.
• If you choose not to stay in the hotel, you are free to join us for an evening meal (evening meal option, must be pre-booked $40) or you can self-cater and join us later.
