Welcome once again to the Royal Coach Hotel, an outstanding venue offering modern conference facilities, delicious meals, comfortable accommodation, and friendly, helpful staff. Every room features its own ensuite, kitchenette, and air conditioning. (Be sure to watch the hotel video!)
A dedicated Youth Room will be available throughout the Congress, with activities organised by our enthusiastic youth team together with Patrick Fraval. We're also delighted that Mitchel will be bringing back his famous bus, which was such a popular gathering place at Mt Carmel!

You can choose either shared accommodation (our most economical option) or a private room. Additional beds for children are available for $30 per bed.
Booking Guide
Please select the booking option that best suits your circumstances:

Single attendee: Book Twin Share – Full Board (x1) if you are happy to share a room with another attendee. If you prefer your own room, book Single – Full Board.

Couples: Book Double – Full Board (x2).

Adult family members sharing: Book Twin Share – Full Board (x2).

If you already know who you would like to share with (partner, family member or friend), please enter their name in the booking question: "Willing to share with..." or "Sharing with...".

Children's meal packages are available—simply select the number of children's tickets required.
Day Visitors and Alternative Accommodation

Book either the 4-Day Congress Pass (Tuesday–Friday) or individual day passes for the days you plan to attend. This includes morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea.

If you would like to join us for dinner, simply add the Evening Meal option when booking (pre-booking is essential). Alternatively, you are welcome to make your own meal arrangements and rejoin us afterwards.
